Join us for the launch of the Where Are You From? exhibition to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and to celebrate Harmony Week.
Where Are You From? is a collaboration between UNSW Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and UNSW Library. Through personal stories of UNSW students and staff, the exhibition celebrates the diversity of the UNSW community and encourages our students and staff to have important conversations about the complex relationship between nationality, ethnicity and personal identity.
At this launch we will hear from the artist behind the Where Are You From? project Sabina Mckenna, along with guest speakers SRC President Nayonika Bhattacharya and UNSW Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Attila Brungs.
