UNSW Medicine & Health International Women’s Day panel
Join UNSW Medicine & Health on International Women's Day for an inspiring panel discussion and announcement of the 2021 Apte Scholarship.
The global UN Women theme for International Women’s Day (IWD) 2021 is “Women in Leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world”. This theme celebrates the tremendous efforts by women and girls around the world in shaping a more equal future.
Join Professor Lisa Keay (moderator), Professor Raina MacIntyre, Professor Anne Kelso, Kirsten Banks, Dr Melina Georgousakis and Caroline Meyer as they discuss their lives, career journeys, and their thoughts and experiences on this year's theme. Questions will be managed through Sli.do (#MedIWD2021).
We will also be announcing the winners of this year's Apte Scholarship.
The event will commence at 12:30pm in the Clancy Auditorium and on Teams Live. Attendees are welcome to join a BYO lunch outside the auditorium from midday.
