COVID-19 has illustrated just how critically we depend on telecommunications. However, COVID-19 has only accelerated the rapid transitions that the telecommunications industry was already experiencing. New technologies are enabling new services and new business models.

How can Australia leverage this disruption? How can we produce a workforce with the right skillset? What are the challenges faced by industry? With Australia's unique telecommunications infrastructure, how can industry take advantage of opportunities to innovate and design the next generation of applications and services?
