Powering Social Impact: Digital Frontiers for Social Good Forum

The Digital Frontiers Lab at UNSW Business School is pleased to host a one-day international forum in partnership with UNDP Mongolia and climate-tech collaborator URECA.

This forum brings together researchers, policymakers, industry leaders, and community partners to explore how digital innovation, behavioural insight, and socio-technical design can accelerate inclusive and equitable energy transitions, as well as social goods.

Building on UNSW’s collaboration with UNDP Mongolia and URECA on the coal-to-solar initiative, the forum will showcase implementation-ready initiatives in renewable energy transition, with a particular focus on:

• Digital and behavioural approaches to energy literacy

• Women’s empowerment in the green economy

• Climate-tech innovation and digital MRV

• Cross-sector collaboration between universities, development agencies, startups, and policymakers

• Translational research for real-world impact

What to expect
