Recently described by one Network member as ‘our Woodstock’, this annual event is a chance for Emerging Scholars Network members to share their work-in-progress with peers and senior scholars, and to benefit from the diverse range of disciplinary expertise and research interests in our Network.
Presentations are 15-20 minutes in length, with 10-15 minutes for Q&A. Speakers are encouraged to 'workshop' their ideas, by using the presentation as an opportunity to not only present their work-in-progress, but to also discuss any challenges they might be encountering in the research process and gain feedback from the audience. Further information about presenting at the workshop, and how to submit an abstract, can be found on our registration page.
