Hear from Harvard Professor Farayi Chipungu as she unveils this exciting 2-hour virtual masterclass on adaptive leadership.

Families, communities, governments and organisations are under pressure to tackle a range of complex challenges. Increased political polarisation, rising geopolitical instability, the seen and unseen consequences of climate change – one of the greatest challenges of our generation – combined with rapid changes in technology means the world is changing at an unprecedented pace. To face these challenges we need better and bolder leadership at all levels of our society.

Adaptive Leadership offers a model, a framework, the tools and practical skills to help lead change and to navigate change in a time of uncertainty and challenges that have no easy answers. There is a big need to move beyond the status quo where things are no longer working.

This 120 minute Masterclass will teach you the key concepts and skills needed to kick-start your journey into the Adaptive Leadership space.

This Masterclass is developed from over 40 years studying these ideas at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in collaboration with UNSW's Academy of Adaptive Leadership.
