Joe Miao is a psychologist who makes the most of his extensive organisational psychology, career management and human resources experience to help individuals and organisations attain their goals. In his line of work, Joe looks to evaluate culture within the organisation through identifying beliefs and attitudes that influence behaviour in order to drive better decision making and organisational and social outcomes. With a Bachelors' in Human Resources & Psychology and Masters' in Psychology (Organisational) from UNSW Sydney, Joe has carved himself an extensive career rooted in psychology, at the intersection of human resources and organisational culture.

Associate Professor Justine Gatt is Director of the Centre for Wellbeing, Resilience and Recovery at Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA) and the School of Psychology at UNSW. A/Prof Gatt currently leads several national and international projects in resilience and wellbeing. Her work has been recognised by multiple awards including the Worldwide University Network (WUN) Success Story awarded to her WUN Resilience Research Group for ‘Exceptional Levels of Achievement’ (2019), the Commonwealth Health Minister’s Award for Excellence in Health and Medical Research (2014), and the NHMRC Excellence Award for Top Ranked CDF Applicant (2014).
