Careers 2040: Masterclass on Vision Impairment, Orientation & Mobility
Empower your career with the foundational knowledge and understanding to recognise and address challenges faced by people who are blind or living with vision impairment in our communities.
As part of Careers 2040, this online masterclass will explore how this program offers students from a diverse range of educational and employment backgrounds the opportunity to grow their skills and understanding on the causes and implications of vision impairment.
You will also gain insight into how the program enables students to broaden their knowledge of the impact that ocular diseases and cortical damage have on vision and how evidence-based approaches can be used to provide effective vision rehabilitation.
The flexibility of an incorporated coursework elective will empower students to tailor the program to create impact in a range of industries to suit their profession.
